How do I return?

You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) for this, but you are not obliged to do so. The fastest way to return an item is by using our online return procedure.

Follow these steps for a successful return;

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request had been done.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment details known to us as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
