When will I get my order?
We’re printing all products tailor-made for you as soon as your order comes in. So, give us some time to fulfil your order. At this time, the average fulfilment of your order takes about 2 days. Add a safety margin it there, so it will take about 3-4 days, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but in most cases, you will have your product within a week. It can be estimated as follows:
Germany, up to 3 - 4 business days
Europe, up to 6 - 8 business days
International, up to 10 - 30 business days
Where will my order ship from?
Chemister’s printers are located in the heart of Europe, offering short transit distances to any European destination.
We work with Kornit Storm Hexa, Kornit Avalanche Hexa, and Brother GT3 Printers. In line with their eco-friendly mandate, Chemister.shop mainly uses the Water Based NeoPigment ™ Colors, which are environmentally friendly, non-toxic and resource-saving. Their entire Direct to Garment process is fully automated and paperless.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a PostNL, DHL or Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the shipment.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
- Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Tip: Package theft is on the rise — If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, and the package got lost during the shipment, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
What happens to your order if you are not at home?
The PostNL or DHL delivery person offers the order to the delivery address. If you are not present during the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification. This can be done by means of a note in the letterbox, via the Track & Trace link or by email.
PostNL/DHL will let you know where your order is with one of the following 3 options:
- They come back the next day;
- The order is with the neighbors;
- Or the order is at a collection point.
If you should pick up the order at a collection point, but do not do so within a reasonable time, the order will be sent back to the printer.
We charge shipping costs to be able to deliver the purchased items. The shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and the location to which it has to be shipped. A shipping calculator is available on every product page. There you can enter the country and postal code of the receiving address. Then you can click on "Estimate". The carrier makes an estimate of the shipping costs based on the entered data. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If you want to send a T-Shirt to Amsterdam, the estimation of the carrier to transport the T-Shirt from Germany to Amsterdam is €6.06. If you want to send the same T-Shirt to Berlin, the estimate is €3.54.
